About Us

The aim of Future Vision Childcare is to provide a safe, nurturing caring environment to young people with a range of complex needs and issues such as social, emotional or behavioural difficulties, young people who have been subjected to trauma, neglect, and children who have been vulnerable to CSE, or those with challenging, difficult or aggressive behaviour. Young people who are involved in criminal activity/Youth Justice System, young people who have previous failed relationships/placements, young people who have misused drugs, alcohol or demonstrated other forms of self-harm.

Our main aim is to make sure all young people can live life to the fullest with daily support and guidance from staff. To make sure the young people reach their full potential, achieve their goals and to prepare them for their future. All young people are encouraged to become integrated into the local community and have access to social activities that are of particular interest to them.

Future Vision Childcare operates residential care homes for children and young people aged 8 to 18. Our homes are equipped to support those with a wide range of complex needs, including social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties, as well as children who have experienced trauma, neglect, or exploitation, including vulnerability to CSE.

We also support young people displaying challenging or aggressive behaviour, those with involvement in the Youth Justice System, those who have experienced placement breakdowns, and those with a history of substance misuse or self-harm.

We have a total of four homes located across Carmarthenshire.

Our Mission Statement is: ‘To provide high quality, bespoke care, informed by the Trauma Recovery Model and a child centred approach, to allow children from all walks of life to thrive in a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment. Our focus is on holistically supporting individuals to allow them to flourish and develop independence to prepare them for the next step in their life.’
